Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been worn or washed.

Damaged items caused by misuse.

Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7  business days.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks (approximately 5–17 business days) depending on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email or SMS.

Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or holidays are outside our controExchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Be in resalable condition.
